High page rank one way links for you!
I bookmarked these sites, and anytime I have a new site I submit to them all, and get plenty of one way links from sites that have authority or high pagerank. (also helps index website)
I am going to mention the special sites:
NOTE: Some sites block certain pages from getting indexed. I checked each one to make sure the page I get a link from is not blocked. However they can block it using .htaccess file which I cannot check manually of course.
PixelGroovy - This site allows you to submit tutorials related to computers. (Ex: How to tweak windows xp) You place a link to the page where you wrote the tutorial. If you wrote it on a blog you get one way link to that page.
http://pixelgroovy.com/
Digg - Probably you already read about it. On digg you can submit stories. You submit the link where you have your story or article. That is great to get one way links.

Slashdot - Same like Digg.

Craiglist This is a classified website, but has lots of high PR pages. Post your services for free if it fits in a category and place your link.
You probably already heard about craiglist before. (ad will expire so this is mainly good to get indexed fast)
www.craigslist.org
Msn, Orkut, groups- I just create a group or get a couple links and then edit my profile and put links on my profile. Then put a link to my profiles from my other sites so the profiles gets indexed.
groups.msn.com
orkut.com
Google and msn groups use nofollow tags so links won't have any value.
Squidoo.com PR7
You can create your own page that may contain one way links to your site. On the page you can also add rss feeds, content and much more.
Then index the page same like with the About Me Page.
Zaadz.com PR6
One way links from this website by creating your profile. Your profile will have many pages and you can add links on the blog page. So then index that page. Adding content not just links gives the links is always best to improve quality of the one way links.
Blogmyway.org PR4
This website allows you to create blogs. You get one way links by creating your blog, adding some content and links with anchor text. There are many more sites like this mainly blogger.com, wordpress.org, typekey.com. You can also create your profile which will also include a link to your site.
Then index your blog and profile.
Ryze.com PR7

Mybloglog.com PR7
This is another social websites, you can add your link in the profile and even content. Then index the page.
Typekey.com PR5
If you have a free account, you can add links in your profile, with your chosen anchor text. Then index your profile page. This is like blogger.com or wordpress.org. Not suggesting you create a blog but editing your profile.
I chose these websites because they all have high page rank and and are very popular with the search engines. A link from these sites, is very powerful.
NOTE: Some sites may change their policy and include the nofollow tags on links. I have no control on that thing...
